Ronja (1993-2005)
For twelve years we had English cocker spaniels, our first show cocker was "Orion von Borsov", he was a gentle little soul At his first show he won his class. My husband (who also was a novice) was very surprised and said "it must be a beginners luck". But he was wrong. The next show Orion won again. Orion did well in his career (Belgian Winner in 95' and Show Champion). Sadly we never had puppies of him because he turned out to bee sterile.

In 1993 our first litter was born out of "Lady Laika aan de Ligne". She gave us two puppies, "Canoodles Raspotin" and "Canoodles Ronja", the father was an English import, "Castanea Fair and Square", who lived with a well-known lady in the cocker world, mrs Lea Bogers Dam. Ronja stayed with us and Raspotin went to a loving home.

Ronja had some wins at the shows, but she was a bit strong for a bitch. She ended her show career being best veteran in show in Hoogstraaten. In 2005 we had to let her go she had a very aggressive cancer and she died in my arms , I still miss her very much.

Other dogs that have been a part of our lives were "Ch lux Ch Vdh Lochdene walk Tall", "Oliver",  that we imported from Mrs Shaw from Scotland. "Ch Ned Tripols Special Canoodle", "Brando"(Springer spaniel) and Ejw 94' Tripols Dark Canoodle "Dazzle".
